Q. 음성으로 말했는데 할 일이 등록되지 않아요.
설정 > TimeLift 에서 마이크와 음성 인식 권한이 허용되어 있는지 확인해주세요. 권한을 허용한 뒤 앱을 완전히 종료했다가 다시 실행하면 해결됩니다.
Q. 알림이 오지 않아요.
설정 > 알림 > TimeLift 에서 알림 허용이 켜져 있는지, 그리고 집중 모드(방해 금지)가 알림을 차단하고 있지 않은지 확인해주세요.
Q. 계정과 데이터를 삭제하고 싶어요.
앱 내 프로필 > 설정 > 계정 삭제에서 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제 시 서버에 저장된 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제되며 복구되지 않습니다.
Q. 앱은 유료인가요?
현재 TimeLift의 모든 기능은 무료로 제공됩니다. 향후 일부 AI 음성 비서 기능이 유료(구독)로 전환될 수 있으며, 그 경우 사전에 공지하고 App Store 인앱 결제를 통해 제공됩니다. 이미 사용 중인 기본 기능은 계속 무료로 유지됩니다.
Q. 내 음성 데이터는 어떻게 처리되나요?
음성은 할 일 텍스트 변환에만 사용되며 광고나 추적 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 확인해주세요.

Q. My voice input doesn't create to-dos.
Check that Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions are enabled in Settings > TimeLift, then fully restart the app.
Q. I'm not receiving notifications.
Make sure notifications are allowed in Settings > Notifications > TimeLift, and that Focus (Do Not Disturb) isn't silencing them.
Q. How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account in the app. All server data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
Q. Is the app paid?
All TimeLift features are currently free. Some AI voice-assistant features may become a paid subscription in the future — if so, we will announce it in advance and offer it via App Store in-app purchase. Core features you already use will remain free.
Q. How is my voice data handled?
Voice audio is used only to transcribe your to-dos — never for ads or tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.
