Note: Raw personality test responses (individual question answers) are never collected or stored. Only the final type code is saved for account sync purposes.
Notifications: Wake/sleep reminders and to-do alarms are scheduled and delivered locally on your device. We do not collect or store a push notification token.
1-1. Voice Data
When you dictate a to-do (the Tami call feature), speech recognition runs entirely on your device if your device supports on-device recognition.
On devices without on-device recognition, the audio is processed by your operating system provider (Apple or Google) under their own privacy policy.
In either case, TimeLift never collects, transmits, or stores the audio. Only the resulting text is saved to your to-do list.

2. How We Use Your Information
Account creation and authentication via Google / Apple OAuth or email & password
Syncing your planner and todo data across devices (Firebase Firestore)
Sending wake/sleep reminders and per-todo alarms you configure
Operating the community certification board
Providing AI-powered personalized recommendations based on your personality type
Improving app functionality and fixing bugs
3. Data Retention & Deletion
All personal data is retained while your account is active.
Personality type key data is deleted immediately upon account deletion.
Upon account deletion, all personal data stored in Firebase (planner, todo, personality type, community data) is immediately removed.
How to delete: In-app Profile screen → "Delete Account (Withdraw)" / or email TrillionScale@gmail.com
Data required by applicable law may be retained for the legally mandated period.
4. Camera and Photo Access
Camera and gallery access is requested only when attaching photos to posts or profiles.
Core features (planner, todo, timer) work without granting these permissions.
Photos you attach to posts are stored alongside your account data (Firebase Firestore) and are deleted with your account.
All data is transmitted using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Firebase Security Rules ensure only you can access your personal data.
We do not use advertising tracking identifiers (IDFA).
We use only encryption exempt from U.S. export regulations.
7. Account Deletion
In-App: Profile screen → "Delete Account (Withdraw)" button By Email:TrillionScale@gmail.com
Deletion is immediate — all personal data is removed from Firebase.
To delete public community posts, please email us separately.
8. Children's Privacy
TimeLift is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or this page at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
